For convenience we do offer a delivery service outlined below is a detailed description of our standard delivery & returns policy.
Where do we deliver?
We cover all the main local areas to our yard which is based in Follifoot (HG3 1DP) however for larger orders £500+ we do have the capacity to also travel further where needed. Please call the office to discuss you needs on 01423 872337.
Standard local delivery areas: Harrogate, Bradford, Leeds, York, Otley, Horsforth, Ilkley, Wetherby, Thirsk, Boroughbridge, Bedale, Leyburn, Richmond, Ripon, Ripley, Darlington, Northallerton, Selby, Skipton.
How much is delivery?
The website automatically calculates your delivery based on your delivery postcode, please proceed to checkout for pricing.
When will your order be delivered?
So, we can take care of all our customers we allocate delivery slots on a first come, first served basis. We usually ship within 48hrs however during peak season these times may vary, if you would like clarification, please call the office on 01423 872337.
How will your order be delivered?
Delivery is guaranteed to the roadside or wherever the delivery vehicle can safely park.
Goods will be unloaded and stacked as neatly as possible by the driver next to where the delivery vehicle is parked.
We do not have machine operated off-loading equipment, therefore heavy items such as sleepers, octopost, decking, gates and gate posts will require someone who is able bodied to assist with unloading upon receipt of delivery.
Please inform us upon placing your order of any access difficulties e.g. narrow lanes, steep inclines etc so that an appropriate vehicle can be allocated to your order.
What to do when you receive your delivery?
We do not always require someone to be present for receipt of delivery however it is advisable.
Upon receipt of your delivery please check through all the goods thoroughly. Please notify us within 24 hours of any incorrect items or goods that may have been damaged in transit. If you are present at the point of delivery, you MUST do this when the driver is there and notify the driver of any issues before he leaves.
For certain high value or heavy items, the driver will ask for a signature to confirm the order that you received is correct and no damage or faults have been noted before he leaves the delivery site.
RETURNS OR REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days upon receipt of purchase to ask for a refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your request along with proof of purchase (e.g. sales invoice). Please also specify whether you require a collection of if you will be returning the products yourself. Once we have received your request, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back in the yard.
When ordering online we are governed by the UK Distance Selling Regulations this means we will accept returns and offer a full refund if the item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging (where applicable).
Please note all refunds will exclude delivery & collection charges unless the item was damaged or faulty upon receipt of the delivery. You have 24 hours to report any faults/damage upon receipt of delivery.
