We will not accept ANY refunds on concrete goods – they are sold as seen at the point of collection by you or delivery by us whichever is applicable. We ask that you sign a delivery/collection note upon receipt of your concrete goods ensuring that you are happy with the quality and standard before they are taken/are left by the driver. We do not accept any responsibility for any damage/faults that may incur to concrete once the goods have been accepted (at the point of delivery or collection), that also includes if you are not there to accept delivery as that is your choice.
