This Planed Redwood Rail (5.4m x 95mm x 32mm finished) is a strong, versatile timber section suitable for a wide range of outdoor joinery and landscaping projects. Planed all round with four rounded corners (4RC), it has a clean, smooth finish that gives a neat appearance in visible applications.
We use this rail as the framing material for the majority of the timber gates we manufacture, which reflects its reliability and consistent quality. It is also widely used for decking balustrades, fencing rails and general garden construction.
Manufactured from selected redwood and pressure treated (tanalised) for longer service life, it offers protection against rot and insect attack in external conditions.
