Thermo-Nordic Pine Vertical Shadow Gap Cladding is a modern, high-performance timber cladding designed to create sharp, consistent shadow lines. The precision-machined profile forms a clean 10mm vertical gap between boards, producing a contemporary look that changes subtly with natural light.
Thermally modified using the Thermo-D process, this timber offers improved durability and dimensional stability without chemical treatment. It performs well in external environments and is less prone to movement than untreated softwood.
The secret-nail design allows for concealed fixings, giving a neat, uninterrupted surface once installed. Suitable for both exterior and interior use, it works well on garden rooms, extensions and feature walls.
Responsibly sourced from PEFC-certified Finnish forests, this is a sustainable cladding option with a natural character. As with most thermally modified timbers, the colour will gradually weather to a silver-grey if left uncoated.
