Octopost Creosoted Pointed Timber Posts – 180mm (7″)
Our Octopost 180mm (7″) creosoted pointed timber posts are designed for demanding agricultural, equestrian and security fencing.
Manufactured from slow-grown redwood sourced from northern Sweden, the dense grain structure provides excellent strength and stability. Each post is kiln dried before treatment to maximise absorption of high-pressure creosote, helping deliver long-term performance in ground contact.
The octagonal machined profile creates flat faces for easier wire and rail fixing, while ensuring every post is consistent in shape and size. This makes installation quicker and results in a uniform, professional finish along the fence line.
These posts are backed by a 25-year manufacturer guarantee and have an expected service life of 30–40 years when correctly installed.
