Forester Field Gate – Five Bar (Universal)

A strong, British-made softwood field gate, ideal for agricultural and domestic use. Built with a traditional five bar design and symmetrical vertical stiles, this gate can be hung either left or right-handed for flexibility on site.

The frame and bars are semi-planed for a cleaner finish, while mortised stiles and a mortised top rail provide added strength and rigidity where it matters most.

We recommend hanging this gate on the face of gate posts rather than between posts, allowing proper clearance and easier installation. Gate widths are manufactured in imperial sizes, ranging from 3ft to 12ft, so allowances should be made when setting out.

We also stock a full range of galvanised hinges, latches and fittings to suit installation.
